Storytelling at the Timken Museum of Art
If you wish to go a little bit further, there are tales inspired by paintings told by storyteller Harlynne Geisler at the Timken Museum of Art. For children ages 5 and up and all adults. Saturday, December 13, Time TBA "The Light Within: Stories of the Season" told by storyteller Harlynne Geisler. Harlynne Geisler grew up in a family that lit the lights on the Christmas tree and kindled the candles on the Hanukkah menorah. She will surround you with the glow of
the spirit of both traditions as she relates Christmas legends and Hanukkah tales. She'll also be kindling a candle for the African-American holiday of Kwanzaa with a story. Put on your red, green, and blue clothes, and come celebrate.
